Acceptance as a merchant is decided by the selected processing platform through its own underwriting process, not by iInstaPay. We cannot and do not guarantee that any business will be approved, that approval will be granted within any particular period, or that any specific capability will be enabled on an approved account.

Pricing

Any pricing discussed is subject to completion of an application, underwriting review, and a signed agreement with the relevant provider. Rates, fees and terms depend on business type, processing history, card mix, volume and the platform selected. Pricing described in conversation or correspondence is indicative until it is set out in a signed agreement.

Equipment

Equipment models, features, connectivity options, pricing and availability are subject to the selected processing platform, underwriting, business type and current supply. Equipment described on this website may be unavailable or unsuitable for a particular business, and specifications are subject to change by the manufacturer.

Third-party platforms

Payment processing, gateway services, settlement and funding are provided by third-party platforms under their own agreements with you. iInstaPay assists with selection, configuration, implementation and support, but does not control those platforms' availability, performance, underwriting decisions, funding timing or terms. Third-party names appearing on this website are the trademarks of their respective owners and are used to identify those services only.

Custom technology work

Custom software, website, application and integration work is performed under a separate written scope and agreement. Nothing on this website forms part of that scope. Timelines, deliverables and support arrangements are those set out in the signed agreement.

Intellectual property

The content, design, text, graphics, logos and code of this website are owned by iInstaPay Inc. or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may view and print pages for your own business use. You may not reproduce, republish, or use the content commercially without our written permission.
