Scope

This policy covers the iinstapay.com website. It does not cover the processing platforms, payment gateways or third-party systems your business may use as a result of working with us. Those services are governed by their own agreements and privacy policies, which we will identify to you during setup.

Information we collect

We collect the information you choose to submit through the enquiry and support forms on this website. Depending on which form you use, that may include:

• Your name and the name of your business or company
• Email address and telephone number
• Website address
• Industry, number of locations and payment channels of interest
• An estimated monthly card volume range and, optionally, your current processor
• Project type, business problem, existing systems, desired completion date and an optional budget range
• An optional merchant ID and issue category for support requests
• The content of the message you write

We do not ask for, and you should not send, full card numbers, card security codes, bank credentials, passwords, API credentials or Social Security numbers through this website.

Document uploads

This website does not accept file or document uploads. If a statement review is arranged, we will agree a secure method of sending that document with you directly rather than through a web form.

How we use information

Information submitted through this website is used to respond to your enquiry, to prepare a recommendation or quotation, to provide support for an existing account, and to keep a record of the enquiry for follow-up. We do not sell information submitted through this website, and we do not use it for advertising to third parties.

Third-party form service

Form submissions on this website are transmitted over an encrypted connection to a third-party form-delivery service, which forwards the submission to iInstaPay by email. That service processes the submission on our behalf in order to deliver it. Submissions travel over HTTPS.

Analytics

We may use a website analytics service to understand which pages are visited and which enquiries are started, so that we can improve the site. Analytics records page and interaction events only. The contents of form fields are never sent to analytics.

Cookies

This website does not set advertising or tracking cookies of its own. Where an analytics service is enabled, it may set a cookie or use equivalent local storage to distinguish repeat visits. Your browser can be configured to block or delete cookies without preventing use of this website.

Retention

Enquiry and support correspondence is retained for as long as needed to respond to it and to maintain a record of the relationship, and thereafter for as long as we are required to keep business records. Information that is no longer needed is deleted.

Security

This website is served over HTTPS. Form submissions are transmitted over encrypted connections. Access to enquiry correspondence is limited to iInstaPay personnel who need it in order to respond. No method of transmission over the internet is entirely secure, which is why we ask that sensitive credentials are never sent through this website.

You may ask us what information we hold about you from your use of this website, ask for it to be corrected, or ask for it to be deleted. Contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable period. We may need to confirm your identity before acting on a request.

Children

This website is directed at businesses and is not intended for use by children. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
