Our commitment
iInstaPay is committed to making this website accessible to people with disabilities. We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, and we treat accessibility as part of building and maintaining the site rather than as a one-off exercise.
What we have done
- The site can be operated by keyboard alone, and focus is visible as it moves.
- A skip-to-content link is provided at the top of every page.
- Every form field has a visible, associated label, and errors are described in text.
- Success and error messages are announced to assistive technology.
- The current page is identified in navigation for screen-reader users.
- The mobile menu and enquiry tabs are operable by keyboard and expose their state.
- Text is checked for sufficient contrast against its background, including over gradients.
- Information is not conveyed by colour alone.
- Images carry text alternatives, and decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Pages reflow without horizontal scrolling from 320 pixels upward and at 200% zoom.
- Animation is reduced automatically when a visitor has asked their system to reduce motion.
Known limitations
We test this site regularly, but parts of it may not yet meet our target in every browser and assistive technology combination. Where we find a gap, we fix it in the normal course of maintaining the site.
